This website is operated by Strong Roots Co. Throughout the website, the terms "we," "our," and "us" refer to Strong Roots Co. 

We offer baked goods, custom orders, and related products made fresh to order. All products are subject to availability and may be limited in quantity. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue products at any time. We reserve the right to limit quantities sold and/or refuse service at our discretion. All orders must be placed through the owner & founder - Kenana. Payment is required the day before to confirm an order. If you are paying cash, payment is due upon delivery. Prices are subject to change as inflation changes. Due to the made-to-order nature of our products - orders must be placed at least two days in advance. All sales are final because our products are perishable. If there is an issue with your order, please contact the owner, Kenana.

Our home kitchen may handle common allergens including (but not limited to): dairy, eggs, wheat, nuts. **It is the consumers responsibility to inform us of any allergies prior to ordering.** Orders including allergens are made first and separately to avoid cross contamination.

Pickup/Delivery times and locations will be communicated through Kenana when you place your order. Customers are responsible for arriving on time, transporting your baked goods safely and proper storage once receiving your order. We are not responsible for damage that occurs after picking up or delivery.
