Refund Policy

A legal disclaimer

Thank you for your support of Strong Roots Co. Due to our products being freshly made and prepared to order, we have a refund policy set in place.

All sales are final due to the perishable nature of baked goods. Refunds and corrections are optional through Kenana, however, exchanges are not. This policy applies to pre-orders, custom orders, special event items or holiday/limited release items. Custom orders require advance preparation and ingredient purchasing. Custom orders need to be placed at least five days before picking up/delivery date. Missed pick-ups or order cancellations are under the owner's discretion for refunds.

**Customers are responsible for disclosing allergies before ordering. Refunds will not be issued for allergen-related concerns that were not disclosed in advance.**

In rare cases involving severe weather, power outages, or other circumstances beyond our control, we will communicate any necessary changes and work with customers on an appropriate solution.
